While there are a lot of variables that are leading us in the direction of this passive creature there is no doubt that technology is a prominent factor. The effects of advanced technology are causing more problems than they are solving in our already fragile society. As working humans we lead very busy lives and as a result, our patience is already at its lowest point. Add technology to that mix however, and patience is almost nonexistent.
